Group classes includes Yoga: Morning meditation, Bootcamp Fitness, Vedanta classes, Cooking, Tai Chi, Kalari, Kung Fu, Excursions, Massage, Lectures and Workshops, Self Development Sessions, Art sessions (Subject to change depending on the theme of the retreat)

Day 2
Meditation & Yoga

Travel to destination (max 4 hour car journey)
Stops for lunch, at tea stalls and viewpoints along the way
Orientation and time for introductory activities
Dinner and stay at first resort
Meditative practice: (e.g sound meditation, Tai Chi, mantra, aroma meditation etc)
Day 3

The day filled with exploration and activities (depending on theme of the trip) and lunch, of course!
After dinner evening meditative practices

Longest walk of the trip minimum 3 hours maximum 8 hours (depending on chosen trip)
Hike includes stop for lunch and transfer back to resort
After dinner evening meditative practices (includes self expression workshops)

Depending on theme of the trip activities may include Kalari, bamboo crafts or boat trip etc…
