About The Event
All our classes and private sessions are designed to help you to work within your own personal limits, safely. The difference with a private session is that depending on how you want to learn, there are more opportunities to ask questions during the session. Every detail of your practice will be carefully steered so YOUR learning experience becomes the entire focus of the session. One-to-one time with a teacher is a key part of developing one's Yoga practice. This is how Yoga was traditionally taught. Classes are actually more of a modern phenomenon. We explore various styles of Yoga including, Hatha, Sivananda, Ashtanga, Restorative Yoga, Meditative Yoga etc. Pranayama is an integral part of our classes as this is the core of Hatha Yoga because of the benefits it brings to the body and mind in increasing one's vital capacity, relaxation and well being.
